Ginastica Natural Seminar- 11/15/08

Also on Nov.15 Alliance NY will be hosting a Ginastica Natural seminar with Alvaro Romano. Ginastica Natural is a type of physical conditioning that combines yoga, jiu jitsu ground movements, strength building exercises and breath work to create a method that enhances mind and body control. Alvaro has been the conditioning coach to some of the sports biggest stars including Fabio Gurgel and Saulo and Xande Ribeiro.
